Social network ad spending levels are dramatically different in Western Europe vs. Central and Eastern Europe, eMarketer estimates, but the coming trends are similar. Growth will remain solidly in the double digits in coming years, and social outlays as a share of total digital ad spending will also be in line around 8% by 2015.
